Abia State Poly Post UTME Screening Form for 2025
FAQs
Who is eligible to apply for the Post-UTME screening form?
Eligible candidates should have written the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME and chosen the Polytechnic as either their first or second choice. They must also meet the institution’s O-Level requirements—five credit passes in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) in not more than two sittings.
How can I apply for the 2025 screening form and what is the process?
To apply, you generate an invoice via the Polytechnic’s application portal (for example through the application page) and pay the screening fee at a designated bank. After payment, you return to the portal, enter your Confirmation Order Number and fill in the required personal details and programme/course of choice.
What is the required minimum O-Level qualification and how many sittings are permitted?
Applicants must possess credit level passes (in five relevant subjects) in their SSCE/NECO (or equivalent) in not more than two sittings. For science/technology programmes, credit passes in both English Language and Mathematics are mandatory.
Is there a specified closing date for the submission of the screening form, and what happens after submission?
While the precise closing date for the 2025 screening form may not always be specified at the time of registration, candidates are advised to apply promptly once the form is released. After submission, applicants are expected to await communication of the screening schedule (which may include document verification and/or post-UTME test) and eventual upload of admission lists.
